The Kurson Kosher online store is a brand of KOSHER MÉXICO INTERNACIONAL SA DE CV with address at Emilio Castelar #204 AB, Col. Polanco Chapultepec, Mayor Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City. CP 11560. with Federal Taxpayer Registry number KMI110830V52 and that from this moment on it will be called Kurson Kosher. 

Please review the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS that describe the use of the Kurson Kosher store. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. 

DEFINITIONS

1. WEIGHT AND COLLECTION OF PRODUCTS

At Kurson Kosher the most important thing is our client and the transparency in the weight and price of our products. For this reason we use the following concepts:

1. Collection of products: Refers to the "freezing" of the balance in the customer's account that will be adjusted at the time of weighing and shipping the product. 
   1. Approximate Weight: It is the approximate weight of the item and allows a reference to the reference price per kilo.
   2. Approximate Price: It is the approximate price of the product that must be weighed and corrected before being sent.
   3. "Hold" Charge: It is the balance that is frozen in the user's account for the approximate price pending the charge.
   4. Charge: It is the final adjustment to the price that is made once the product is weighed and that the client will see reflected as a charge in his account.

2. USE AND PURCHASE ON THE SITE

All content, services and products offered on Kurson Kosher are reserved for people over 18 years of age. It is the responsibility of the tutors any action carried out by minors. 

It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to supervise the conduct of minors who enter the site.

Kurson Kosher reserves the right to terminate or restrict accounts that:

Make use of the site with intentions of fraud either by transaction, intention or breach of some of the elements described in these conditions in a manner stated but not limited:

1. Use the Site to resell products and any other commercial use of the Site.
2. The use of automated mechanisms or other technology that attempts to obtain, collect, directly or indirectly extract information from the site or its users.
3. Attempt to modify the contents, structure or information of the site.
4. Use any type of technology with malicious intent or information extraction.
5. Attempt to reproduce the site in another instance or digital address without authorization by any means. 
6. Send unwanted emails or information to users
7. Falsifying any part of the site structure with malicious intent. 
8. Attempt or succeed in obtaining payment method information from users. 
9. All registration and billing information will be considered true and if not, responsibilities will be disclaimed, the information provided and their actions within the site being the sole responsibility of the user.  

By confirming your purchase and completing the payment process, you agree to accept and pay for the items requested at the registered prices and according to the description of charge, hold, price and approximate weight.

3. ONLINE PAYMENT AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Online payments require information associated with the selected payment method. This information is not stored anywhere by Kurson Kosher and is only managed by the payment gateway in compliance with the stipulated regulations.

Once the product has been weighed and shipped/delivered, the order is considered accepted and therefore the product cannot be returned unless it is accepted and acknowledged by Kurson Kosher in writing. 

4. DELIVERY TIME 

All delivery times will be informed to the client in a timely manner. Due to the fact that all our products are fresh and in some cases require preparation or manipulation to meet the parameters of our clients, we declare that the times are informative but not limiting and that when informing the client of changes in these delivery times, this is not a reason to cancel or return an order.

5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

To return a product it must be in perfect condition and packaging as it was delivered to the customer. It is also required to contact Customer Service by phone 55 5589 9823 to inform the reasons for cancellation and return processes.
